We’re looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to join our team immediately. If you’re passionate about achieving measurable results through digital campaigns, we want to hear from you.

We're seeking a middle-level specialist with fluent English proficiency and a passion for performance marketing. You will manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, and other digital platforms while using analytics to maximize clients' ROI.

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns for SaaS clients across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, and others.
• Analyze campaign and website performance data (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Recommend and implement A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
• Work closely with internal and client-side designers and developers to deliver new ad creatives, landing pages, and assets to support promotional campaigns.
• Conduct audience research, targeting, and segmentation to ensure budget is invested for maximum impact.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and platform changes (e.g. search & social ad algorithms).
• Produce reports, docs, and templates to ensure smooth and repeatable paid campaign workflows.

• Native-level proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Reddit Ads. Experience with Meta Ads is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail (it’s much more than it sounds).
• A no-ego approach and the ability to handle constructive criticism well.
• Ability to be proactive and work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative team.
• Ability to work remotely and be responsible for the results of your work.
